Credit Cards: We accept payment with all major credit cards.

Cheque or Money Order: Mail your payment to: River Forks Research Ltd., P.O. Box 21056, Prince Albert, SK S6V 8A4 and make your cheque or money order payable to River Forks Research. Please don't forget to put your invoice number on the cheque.

Return Policy

River Forks Research does not accept returns without prior authorization. If goods must be returned, contact our office for a returned goods authorization number (RGA). A restocking charge will apply.

CZM and E3A System Limited Warranty

We  warrant the CZM microphone and the E3A system against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

During this time your CZM microphone and/or E3A system will be repaired without charge for parts or labor.

This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser.

Any product which has been subject to misuse or accidental damage is excluded from this warranty.

Any systems returned for warranty should be sent freight prepaid to us at the address listed below. Please include proof of purchase, description of the problem, your name and address and return shipping address.  We will repair or replace at our discretion and ship to the return address via normal ground delivery.

Note: the Marantz recorder is covered separately by the manufacturer’s warranty.

E3A System Extended Warranty

We warrant the E3A System against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase.

During this time your E3A system will be repaired without charge for parts or labor, and also entitles you to an annual cleaning, inspection, re-calibration, and installation of any upgrades /improvements we deem necessary.

This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser.

Any product which has been subject to misuse or accidental damage is excluded from this warranty.

Any systems returned for warranty should be sent freight prepaid to us at the  address listed below.  Please include proof of purchase, a brief description of the problem, your name and return shipping address. We will repair or replace at our discretion, and ship to the return address via normal ground delivery.
